Our calendar has now been populated with club events every Saturday from October to March next year.
There's lots of coaching for members split between our Fundamental/Core and Advanced Development groups.
New for 2022/23 is the addition of an 18+ Ladies session where riders can experience the excitement of BMX and reap its fitness benefits in an all female environment. We will also be holding our Intro to BMX sessions once a month for riders that are completely new to the sport. This coaching session will have a separate booking form which will go live around two weeks before the session date.
Racing will return this November when we begin our 5 round Winter Series which will have two additional formulas, one being an 18+ female class. £3 entry per rider - Transponders required. These may be hired for £2 per round if needed.
Ride a minimum of four rounds to qualify for an award and score maximum points.
On the Saturdays where there is no coaching or racing scheduled we'll be holding gate practice sessions. Unfortunately due to the current economic climate we now have to charge for practice. £2 for IBMXC members. £4 for non members of other British Cycling affiliated clubs. However Sqorz timing will be live and riders with transponders will be able to record their hill and lap times.
