Over 40 IBMXC riders took part in the club coaching sessions today and everyone of them gave a 100%
However one of our coaches was missing today... John Lillingstone was in Manchester receiving some well earned recognition for becoming 2022 British Masters Champion at the British Cycling Annual Awards. Congratulations John!
