It's nearly been one calendar month since Clark & Kent construction began work on our track rebuild. The amount of progress in that time has been nothing short of amazing.
As you can see from the images the tarmac has been laid onto each of the turns and the surface completed to three of the four straights.
Their work is now focused on shaping the 5 metre hill, and constructing the concrete trench that will house our PROSTART electric barrel gate. Type one aggregate will be added to the face of the hill before it's surfaced in tarmac next week.
Although the rate of progress has been swift there's still plenty left to do including landscaping the hill, completing the drainage, shaping the all important first jump and providing a hard standing area to the rear of the hill for rider's pens.
That will take us into August when the IBMXC will take delivery of it's club house, and work will begin on connecting it to the relevant services.
