Hard working Ipswich BMX Club volunteers spent the day installing new safety railings to the start hill of their Landseer Park track today.
The club raised money to purchase the railings and installed them with the generous help of Steadfast, installers of roof edge protection and abseil façade systems.
The railings help keep the riders and public safe whilst on or near our 5 metre start hill. There’s still one third of the installation to be completed which includes some additional fencing alongside the last straight that the club hopes to finish in the coming weeks. Please follow the guidelines displayed on signage around the track when using the facility.
Club activities continue this Saturday 9th March with gate practice 10:00-12:00. £2 for IBMXC members/£4 for non-members.
